Acceptance of Terms. By using https://shiffyappliance.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Shiffy Appliance markets and arranges Refrigerator Repair, Dishwasher Repair, Oven Repair, Stove Repair, Dryer Repair, Washer Repair, Dishwasher Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. Shiffy Appliance (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Shiffy Appliance reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Shiffy Appliance makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiffy Appliance's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Shiffy Appliance in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Shiffy Appliance from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
